I am a yoga teacher and coach specialized in stress reduction, certified in India (Goa).

I got certification in traditional thai massage by the Sunshine School in Thailand. I studied Osteopathy applied to Thai Massage under Pau Castellsagué (Thai Massage Academy) teachings. In addition I assisted workshops led by Sebastien Valla and Oliver Chamorro.

I studied Quiromassage at Escuela Superior de Terapias Manuales de Barcelona Quirotema to be able to give an holistic therapeutic treatment adjusted to the needs of every patient.

I worked as a yoga teacher and masseuse in Barcelona, Berlin...and now I´m based in the beautiful Tarifa.
